Process desciption: Chilled water flow rate: Customized, inlet water temperature 450C, outlet water temperature ± 3° C Based on calculation. The design adopts heat exchanged to cool water down through 5-stage. <o: P>

At the first stage, water temperature drop is from 45° C to 34° C by plate heat exchanger; <o: P>
At the second stage, water temperature drop is from 34° C to 23° Cby plate heat exchanger; <o: P>
At the third stage, water temperature drop is from 23° C to 16° Cby plate heat exchanger; <o: P>
At the fourth stage, water temperature drop is from 16° C to 10° Cplate heat exchanger; <o: P>
At the fifth stage, water temperature drop is from 10° C to ± 3° C by falling film heat exchanger. <o: P>

The falling film(304 stainless steel) heat exchanger is adopted the double tube plate heat exchanger with mechanically expanded tube under 40bar water pressure and tested under the pressure of 18bar by nitrogen to make sure there is not gas leakage.
