Tube Ice Maker Application:
Tube ice, produced by ice tube making machine, can be directly eaten or used to freeze drinks, mix wines, cool food stuffs, make ice pastries and keep fresh, etc.
Tube Ice Maker Features:
1.With the unique water distributive pan and air mouth, the water can evenly flow on the tube wall of the evaporator spirally, which improves the efficiency of heat transfer.
2.The use of air pressure control, accurately measureing the evaporation pressure, excludes the risk of rupture of the evaporator tube.
3.Half-full liquid: Liquid level controller, which manages liquid supply of refrigerant to make the system more stable.
CBFI Tube Ice Maker Ice Making Principle:
The water in the water tank below is transported from the water outlet to the water inlet of upper water tank by the pump. After the water goes across the distributive pipe, it downwardly flows along the wall of the heat exchange tube. The water then begins a heat exchange with the refrigerant outside heat exchange pipe, which lowers the temperature. Some of the water is formed into tube ice, while the water which does not become ice returns to the low water tank.
After a period of time, water stops circulating and the refrigeration system changes into ice cutting mode. The surface of the heat exchange pipe consists of refrigerant hot gas with high-pressure, which thaws the ice. The ice then drops into an ice cutting framework and is cut into many pieces of tube ice.
-As the ice falls out every 30 minutes, and the falling period is 2 minutes. So it's impossible to pack up the tube ice. When the ice falls out from the outlet of the machine, it will drop into the bin. Then the ice can be packed up by switch control of the bin.
